En-Links LLC ("we," "us," or "our") has established this Privacy Policy ("this Policy") to explain how user information is handled in our mobile application "denntatsu" ("the App").

## 1. Basic Policy

The App is designed to operate through direct device-to-device communication (Bluetooth and Wi-Fi) without going through a server. As a rule, no personal information is transmitted to or collected by any server we control. This Policy explains the data handling that can actually occur under this design.

## 3. Information We Handle and Its Purpose

The App handles the following information on-device. None of it is transmitted to our servers.

Type of information Purpose / handling
Location Obtained from the device's GPS, etc., to display the direction and distance to a distress signal in Disaster/SOS mode. Location data is shared directly with nearby devices (peer-to-peer) or, only if the user chooses to, through the device's standard share sheet (e.g., another messaging app). We never transmit it to our own servers
Audio (microphone) Captured for push-to-talk voice calls and sent directly to nearby devices. Audio data is never stored or transmitted to our servers
Bluetooth / Wi-Fi communication data Used to establish direct connections (pairing and communication) with nearby devices. This is used only to discover nearby devices and is not used to estimate your location
Camera Used only to scan QR codes for joining a group. No captured images are stored or transmitted
Chat messages and disaster/SOS bulletin board posts Stored only in an on-device local database and shared directly with nearby devices via peer-to-peer communication. Never stored on our servers, and excluded from the device's cloud backup
Billing information In-app purchases use the payment functionality provided by Google Play / the App Store. Payment details (e.g., credit card numbers) are handled by the respective store operator; we never obtain them directly. Confirmation of your purchases is performed entirely on-device

## 4. Disclosure to Third Parties

We do not disclose users' personal information to third parties, except as required by law.

In-app purchases involve an exchange of information with Google Play / the App Store necessary to process the purchase; this is separately governed by the privacy policies of the respective store operators (Google LLC / Apple Inc.).

## 5. Cookies, Tracking, Advertising, and Analytics

The App does not incorporate any third-party tracking tools such as advertising SDKs, analytics SDKs, or crash-reporting SDKs (as of July 2026).

## 6. Data Storage and Security

Data generated by users (chat messages, disaster/SOS bulletin board posts, etc.) is stored in an on-device local database and exchanged with nearby devices over an encrypted communication channel (device-to-device signature verification and encryption). We do not store this data externally.

## 7. Children's Privacy

The App is not designed for any specific age group and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Because of the App's design, we do not hold any server-side data that identifies individual users, so there is generally no data subject to access, correction, or suspension-of-use requests under applicable data protection law. Please direct any questions to the contact address below.
